At Bellamy Manor, each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with great attention and care. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Time

Many Bellamy Manor pieces are produced individually or made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the design, materials, and specifications selected.

Once a piece has been completed and prepared for shipment, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier.

Clients will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped tracked and fully insured using reputable carriers.

Shipments are typically sent using overnight or two-day delivery services, excluding weekends and holidays, depending on the shipment destination and value of the item.

Shipping carriers may include services such as FedEx or UPS.

For security and insurance purposes, Bellamy Manor ships only to verified residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or virtual mailbox services.

All Bellamy Manor shipments are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect the privacy and security of the recipient.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes, all shipments require an adult signature from an individual aged 21 years or older at the time of delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup according to their policies.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are fully insured while in transit.

Insurance coverage applies until the carrier confirms successful delivery.

Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Clients are encouraged to obtain independent jewelry insurance after receiving their piece to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is also not responsible for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events affecting delivery services.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Once a shipment has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.

Shipping Address Verification

For security purposes, orders will only be shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC may require identity verification or additional confirmation before shipping high-value orders.

Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been placed may be declined for security reasons.

If an address correction is necessary, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to cancel the order and request that a new order be placed using the correct shipping information.

High Value Orders

For security purposes, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to request identity verification or additional confirmation prior to shipping certain orders.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC may also require that high-value orders be shipped only to the verified billing address associated with the payment method.

If verification cannot be completed, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at our discretion.

International Shipping

At this time, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC ships only within the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.
