Returns & Refunds

At Bellamy Manor, each piece is created with great care and intention. Many of our jewels are cut or sourced specifically for each client, chosen thoughtfully, and brought to life over time. Because of this, our returns policy is designed to honor both the nature of the work and the consideration given to every order.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All made-to-order pieces are considered final sale.

As each jewelry piece is created specifically for the client, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on made-to-order items once production has begun. This includes pieces crafted to a selected size, metal, stone, or any custom specifications.

Bespoke and Custom Work

All bespoke, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale.

This includes custom-cut stones, special sourcing requests, engraved pieces, design modifications, and any item created uniquely for a client. Due to the personal and one-of-a-kind nature of these commissions, they are not eligible for return or refund.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

If a piece is listed as ready to ship, a return request may be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Any return must be approved by Bellamy Manor before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will be refused and not refunded.

Please include order number and name, reason for return and photographs of the item or items

If the request is approved your package must be postmarked for return within 3 business days of return approval.

To protect the items and ensure a smooth return process, approved returns must be carefully prepared prior to shipment.

Items should be securely double boxed to protect them during transit. Please include the completed return authorization form, along with all original packaging, documentation, and diamond certificates, where applicable.

Affix the return label to the outer package. For security purposes, please avoid referencing jewelry or valuables on the exterior of the package.

Return shipments must be fully insured for the total value of the item and sent with tracking and adult signature confirmation upon delivery.

Packages should be dropped off at a staffed carrier location rather than a drop box or parcel locker. Clients are encouraged to retain their shipping receipt and tracking documentation until the return has been received and confirmed by Bellamy Manor.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Returns that are not shipped in accordance with these instructions may not be eligible for refund.

To be considered, the piece must be:


  • unworn and unused


  • in its original condition


  • returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials including diamond certificates. A fee of two hundred dollars will be deducted from refund where the certificate is not accompanying the return piece


  • not altered, resized, engraved, or modified in any way



  • Return requests submitted after this window will not be approved


Non-Returnable Items


We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:


  • made-to-order pieces


  • bespoke or custom commissions


  • personalized or engraved items


  • resized or altered pieces


  • special-order stones including custom cut or specialty sourced


  • deposit payments


  • shipping charges


  • gift cards


  • Deposits

Deposits placed toward bespoke work, stone sourcing, or custom commissions are non-refundable.

A deposit reserves design time, sourcing, planning, and production allocation, and is therefore considered a commitment to begin the work.

Damages or Order Concerns

If your piece arrives damaged, or if you believe there has been an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We ask that you include your order number, a brief description of the concern, and clear photographs so that we may review the matter with care.


Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it remains in its original, unworn condition and that all accompanying documentation and certificates have been returned.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the item has been received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

Bellamy Manor reserves the right to decline refunds for items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or if required documentation or certificates are missing.

Original shipping costs, insurance fees, and any applicable payment processing fees are non-refundable. the fees are the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to an approved error on our part.

Any return must be approved by Bellamy Manor before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will be refused.


Stone Verification

All returned pieces are carefully inspected upon arrival. Bellamy Manor verifies gemstone, diamond inscriptions, metal integrity, and overall condition before approving any refund.

If the returned item or items show evidence of stone substitution, alteration, damage, wear or tampering the return will be refused and sent back to the client at their expense.

A Note on Considered Purchasing

We encourage clients to review all product details carefully before placing an order, including sizing, dimensions, timelines, and stone information. If guidance is needed before purchase, we are always pleased to assist.
