Returns & Refunds

A Thoughtful Purchase

At Bellamy Manor, each piece is created with great care and intention. Many of our jewels are cut or sourced specifically for each client, chosen thoughtfully, and brought to life over time. Because of this, our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to honor both the nature of our work and the consideration given to every order.

We encourage clients to review all product details carefully before placing an order, including sizing, dimensions, production timelines, and gemstone specifications. If guidance is needed before purchasing, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is always pleased to assist.

Made-to-Order Pieces

All made-to-order jewelry is final sale.

Orders may be canceled only prior to production beginning. Once production, gemstone sourcing, or custom cutting has commenced, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to, jewelry created in a selected finger size, precious metal, center stone, gemstone, or any other client-selected specification.

Bespoke & Custom Commissions

All bespoke, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale.

This includes custom-cut diamonds or gemstones, specialty stone sourcing, personalized engravings, design modifications, and any jewelry created uniquely for an individual client.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these commissions, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC does not accept client-supplied diamonds or gemstones for new commissions. All center stones are sourced or custom cut through Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC's approved partners to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compatibility with each design.

Order Cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Made-to-order, bespoke, and custom commissions may only be canceled before production, gemstone sourcing, or custom cutting has begun. Once work has commenced, all deposits and payments received become non-refundable.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, payment verification concerns, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC cancels an order prior to production beginning, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Select pieces designated as Ready to Ship may be eligible for return.

A Return Authorization Request must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery by emailing orders@bellamymanor.com.

Return requests submitted after this period will not be approved.

To request a return, please include:

Your order number
The name associated with your order
The reason for the return
Clear photographs of the item

All returns require prior written authorization from Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC.

Items returned without prior written authorization from Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC may be refused. If Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC accepts delivery of an unauthorized return for inspection, such acceptance does not constitute approval of the return or create any obligation to issue a refund or credit.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% Restocking & Inspection Fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps to offset inspection, authentication, professional cleaning, inventory preparation, payment processing, administrative expenses.

Once a return has been authorized, the package must be postmarked within three (3) business days of receiving the Return Authorization.

Approved returns must be carefully prepared for shipment.

Items must be securely double-boxed and returned with:

All original packaging
Presentation materials
Documentation
Laboratory diamond or gemstone certificates, where applicable

A $200 Certificate Replacement Fee will be deducted from the refund if any required laboratory certificate or accompanying documentation is not returned.

For security purposes, please do not reference jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, or other valuables anywhere on the exterior of the package.

Return shipments must:

Be fully insured for the full purchase value.
Include tracking.
Require an adult signature upon delivery.

Packages should be tendered at a staffed carrier location rather than placed in a drop box or parcel locker.

Clients are encouraged to retain shipping receipts and tracking information until Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC confirms receipt of the return.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Returns that are not shipped in accordance with these instructions may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the returned piece must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be returned in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, presentation materials, documentation, and laboratory certificates.
Not have been resized, engraved, personalized, repaired, altered, or modified in any way.

If a returned item shows evidence of stone substitution, tampering, alteration, excessive wear, damage, or any condition inconsistent with its original shipped condition, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to deny the return and refuse the requested refund.

Exchanges

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC does not offer exchanges.

Because each bespoke, made-to-order, custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or otherwise non-returnable piece is created specifically for its owner, these items are not eligible for exchange.

Eligible ready-to-ship pieces are also not eligible for exchange. If an eligible ready-to-ship piece qualifies for return under this policy and the return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy. A new order may then be placed for the desired item.

Exchanges

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC does not offer exchanges.

If an eligible ready-to-ship piece qualifies for return under this policy and the return is approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy. A new order may then be placed for the desired item.

Made-to-order, bespoke, custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or otherwise non-returnable pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Refused Deliveries

Every Bellamy Manor piece is individually prepared, carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped specifically for its intended recipient.

Made-to-Order, Bespoke & Custom Pieces

Made-to-order, bespoke, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale.

If delivery is refused without prior written authorization from Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC, the order will be returned to Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC, and no refund will be issued.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

If delivery of an eligible ready-to-ship piece is refused without prior written authorization from Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC, the shipment will be returned to Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC.

Once the item has been received and successfully inspected to confirm it remains in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, presentation materials, documentation, and laboratory certificates, where applicable, any approved refund will remain subject to the applicable 30% Restocking & Inspection Fee, together with any return shipping, insurance, carrier, or other charges incurred as a result of the refused delivery.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to decline any refund if the returned item shows evidence of wear, damage, alteration, stone substitution, tampering, or if any required packaging, documentation, or laboratory certificates are missing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Made-to-order jewelry
Bespoke or custom commissions
Personalized or engraved pieces
Worn, resized, repaired, altered, or modified jewelry
Special-order, custom-cut, or specialty-sourced diamonds and gemstones
Deposit payments
Shipping and insurance charges
Gift cards

Deposits

Deposits placed toward made-to-order jewelry, bespoke commissions, custom designs, or specialty stone sourcing are non-refundable.

A deposit reserves production time, design services, material allocation, and, where applicable, the sourcing or custom cutting of gemstones specifically for your order. As such, it represents your commitment to proceed with the commissioned work and cannot be refunded.

The remaining balance is due in full prior to shipment. Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC will not ship any order until the outstanding balance has been received and cleared.

Production Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Completion dates may vary due to gemstone sourcing, custom cutting, manufacturing schedules, quality control, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC.

Should a selected diamond or gemstone become unavailable before production begins, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to source a comparable stone meeting the agreed specifications or to discuss suitable alternatives with the client before proceeding.

Natural & Handcrafted Variations

Every Bellamy Manor creation is individually crafted, and every diamond and gemstone is unique.

Slight variations in measurements, metal weight, finish, faceting, color, and other natural or handcrafted characteristics are inherent to fine jewelry and do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

Antique-inspired diamonds and gemstones are intentionally cut to reflect the beauty and character of historic faceting rather than modern ideal proportions. Variations in facet arrangement, culet size, symmetry, light performance, and facet pattern are intentional characteristics of these cuts and are not considered defects.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our jewelry through photography and video. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and the natural characteristics of precious metals and gemstones, the appearance of a piece may vary slightly from what is displayed online.

All measurements, carat weights, dimensions, and metal weights are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

Ring Sizing

Clients are responsible for confirming the correct ring size before placing an order.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for costs associated with an incorrect ring size selected at the time of purchase.

Damages or Order Concerns

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe there has been an issue with your purchase, please contact Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

A brief description of the concern
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

Every concern is reviewed with care, and Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC will work diligently toward an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

All returned merchandise undergoes a thorough inspection upon arrival.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC verifies gemstone identity, laboratory inscriptions where applicable, precious metal integrity, craftsmanship, and the overall condition of each returned piece before any refund is approved.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC documents identifying characteristics of jewelry prior to shipment, including laboratory inscriptions where applicable, photographs, and other identifying features. This information may be used to authenticate returned merchandise.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to utilize independent gemological verification or other professional inspection methods when necessary.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has successfully passed inspection.

Approved returns remain subject to the applicable 30% Restocking & Inspection Fee.

Once approved, the remaining refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection for processing. Depending upon your financial institution, additional time may be required before the credit appears on your account.

Original shipping charges, insurance fees, expedited shipping charges, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from an approved error on the part of Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC.

Stone Verification & Authentication

Every returned piece is carefully examined before a refund is approved.

Shipping Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the client.

Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided by the client and delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Pricing & Product Information

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur.

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, product description, inventory, or availability errors at any time prior to shipment. If an error is discovered before an order has shipped, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Changes to This Policy

Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect on the date an order is placed shall govern that purchase.
