At Bellamy Manor, every gemstone is selected with care and attention to quality, character, and craftsmanship. Whether natural or laboratory-grown, stones used in Bellamy Manor pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected prior to setting.
Our goal is to ensure that every stone placed within a Bellamy Manor creation meets the standards expected of fine jewelry.
1. Diamond & Gemstone Authenticity
All diamonds and gemstones used by Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC are represented accurately to the best of our knowledge and based on information provided by our suppliers.
Diamonds and gemstones may be either:
• Natural (earth-mined)
• Lab Diamond (laboratory-grown)
Both are chemically, physically and optically identical
The type of stone will always be clearly disclosed in the product description.
2. Independent Certification
Many diamonds are accompanied by grading reports issued by independent gemological laboratories.
These reports evaluate characteristics such as:
• carat weight
• color
• clarity
• cut
When a stone includes an independent grading report, the issuing laboratory will be listed in the product description.
Common grading laboratories may include recognized gemological organizations.
3. Certification Variations
Not all stones require or include individual certification.
For example:
• smaller accent stones
• melee diamonds
• certain specialty or antique-cut stones
These stones are typically evaluated and graded internally by suppliers or manufacturing partners.
4. Natural Characteristics
Because diamonds and gemstones are natural materials, each stone may exhibit unique characteristics including:
• inclusions
• color variations
• growth patterns
• natural irregularities
These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
5. Antique & Specialty Cuts
Certain Bellamy Manor designs may feature antique-inspired or specialty-cut diamonds.
These stones are often cut to emphasize character and vintage aesthetics rather than modern precision standards.
As a result, such stones may display:
• open culets
• softer facet symmetry
• visible inclusions typical of antique-style stones
These features are intentional and part of the stone’s aesthetic character.
6. Stone Verification
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC documents select details of stones prior to shipment and inspects finished pieces before delivery.
Photographs of the stone’s inscription (where visible), the metal type, and the finished piece are taken as part of our final documentation process.
Any returned items will be inspected to confirm that the original stone remains present and unaltered.
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if a stone has been removed, replaced, or altered or if the piece shows signs of modification, damage or unauthorized repair
7. Ethical Sourcing
Bellamy Manor Jewelry works with suppliers who represent that their diamonds comply with applicable international sourcing standards, including the Kimberley Process where applicable.
8. Customer Questions
We welcome questions regarding diamonds, gemstones, or certification prior to purchase.
Because every stone is unique, we encourage customers to reach out if additional information is desired before selecting a piece.
