Our Commitment to Craft
Each Bellamy Manor creation is produced with careful attention to materials, structure, and finish. Our pieces are designed to be worn and enjoyed for years to come when cared for responsibly.
This policy outlines the protections provided with your piece and the responsibilities associated with proper wear and maintenance.
1. Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC provides a limited craftsmanship warranty for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the construction of the piece, including:
• structural faults in the setting
• defects in metalwork caused during production
• improperly secured stones due to manufacturing error
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC will repair the item at no cost to the customer.
2. What Is Not Covered
Because fine jewelry is worn daily and exposed to environmental conditions, certain types of wear are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
• scratches, dents, or surface wear from normal use
• damage caused by impact, pressure, or improper handling
• exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents
• allergic reactions or sensitivities to precious metals
• discoloration caused by moisture or environmental conditions
• stones that loosen or fall out due to impact or improper wear
• lost or theft of gemstones and or jewelry
• damage resulting from third-party resizing or repair
Jewelry should be removed before activities that may expose the piece to pressure, chemicals, or impact.
Structural Design Choices
Bellamy Manor designs are created with structural integrity in mind so that each jewel may be worn safely over time.
If a client chooses to proceed with a design that falls outside of Bellamy Manor’s recommended structural guidelines — including but not limited to extremely thin bands, unusually large center stones relative to band width, or the removal of structural elements such as gallery rails — the warranty does not cover damage, bending, stone loss, or structural failure related to those design choices.
3. Ring Resizing & Alterations
Ring resizing and structural alterations involve modification of precious metal and gemstone settings.
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for damage, structural weakening, or gemstone loss resulting from resizing, modification, or repair performed by third-party jewelers.
Any modification performed outside of Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC will void warranty eligibility.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before seeking outside alterations.
4. Routine Maintenance
Fine jewelry requires periodic inspection and maintenance to preserve the security of stones and the integrity of the setting.
Customers are encouraged to periodically have their jewelry inspected by a qualified jeweler to ensure that prongs and settings remain secure.
Routine maintenance and cleaning are considered part of responsible jewelry ownership.
5. Natural Gemstone Characteristics
Diamonds and gemstones are natural materials that may display unique inclusions, color variations, or characteristics.
These natural features are not defects and are considered part of the stone’s individual character.
6. Jewelry Insurance
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC strongly recommends obtaining independent jewelry insurance for valuable pieces.
Insurance protects against risks not covered by our warranty, including:
• loss
• theft
• accidental damage
• gemstone loss
7. Care Recommendations
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:
• remove jewelry before exercise or manual work
• avoid exposure to chemicals and cosmetics
• refrain from using ultrasonic cleaners and steamers
• store jewelry separately to prevent scratching
• clean gently using mild soap and warm water
Proper care will help ensure your piece continues to be enjoyed for years to come.
8. Warranty Service
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or return the item for inspection.
All warranty determinations are made at the discretion of Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC after examination of the item.
