Are Bellamy Manor pieces made to order?
Many Bellamy Manor pieces are produced individually once an order has been placed. This allows each piece to be prepared with careful attention to the selected stone, setting, and finish.
Production timelines may vary depending on the design and materials involved.
Can I request a bespoke or custom piece?
Yes. Clients interested in creating a custom piece may begin an inquiry through the Bespoke atelier or correspondence page. Bespoke work typically begins with a conversation about the desired stone, design direction, and timeline.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Because many pieces are produced specifically for each order, cancellations are not possible once production and sourcing have begun. If you have questions about an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Stones
Are your diamonds natural or laboratory-grown?
Bellamy Manor works with both natural (earth-mined) and laboratory-grown diamonds. The type of stone used in each piece will always be clearly stated in the product description.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Certain diamonds may be accompanied by grading reports from independent gemological laboratories. When a stone includes certification, the issuing laboratory will be listed in the product details.
Smaller accent stones are typically not individually certified.
Why do antique-style diamonds look different from modern diamonds?
Antique-inspired cuts emphasize character, depth, and light movement rather than modern precision symmetry. Features such as larger facets or open culets are part of the traditional aesthetic of antique-style stones.
Ring Sizing
What if I do not know my ring size?
If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend ordering a complimentary ring sizer from us (shipping fees apply)
Can rings be resized?
Certain rings may be resized depending on the design and structure of the setting. However, resizing performed by third-party jewelers may affect the integrity of the setting and will impact warranty eligibility.
Shipping
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped fully insured and tracked using reliable carriers. Most shipments are sent via two-day delivery services. Overnight may be available (fees may apply)
Will I need to sign for delivery?
Yes. For security purposes, shipments require a signature from an individual aged 18 or older at the time of delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Bellamy Manor ships only within the United States.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Eligible items may be returned within three days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. Certain items such as custom pieces, worn or used, resized rings, and engraved jewelry are not be eligible for return.
Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my jewelry?
We recommend removing jewelry before activities that may expose it to pressure, chemicals, or impact. Gentle cleaning with mild soap and warm water will help maintain the appearance of your piece.

Insurance
Should I insure my jewelry?
Bellamy Manor strongly recommends obtaining independent jewelry insurance for valuable pieces. Insurance can provide protection against loss, theft, or accidental damage.
