Many Bellamy Manor pieces are produced individually or made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the design and materials used.
Once a piece has been completed and prepared for shipment, it will be transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped tracked and insured using reputable carriers.
Orders are typically shipped using Expedited two-day delivery services, not including weekends or holidays. (Overnight shipping may be available for an additional fee.)
Shipping carriers may include services such as FedEx or UPS depending on the shipment destination and value of the item.
International Shipping, Duties & Customs
Bellamy Manor Jewelry offers insured international shipping to select destinations including United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). The recipient is responsible for all applicable import VAT, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and other assessments imposed by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are not included in Bellamy Manor Jewelry's purchase price or international shipping fee and are payable separately when assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier.
The recipient is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country and, where required, acts as the Importer of Record.
Unpaid Import Charges & Refused Deliveries
Refusal or failure to pay applicable import charges may result in customs holds, delivery delays, return of the shipment, or additional expenses.
Where a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient has not fulfilled their import obligations, Bellamy Manor Jewelry reserves the right to recover applicable return shipping, customs, brokerage, and related charges, to the extent permitted by law.
Refusal of delivery does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a full refund. Any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, all shipments require a signature from an individual aged 21 or older at the time of delivery.
If a recipient is unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup according to their policies.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured while in transit.
Insurance coverage applies only until the carrier confirms successful delivery.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
Bellamy Manor Jewelry LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Address Verification
